South Shanty Town (#827)

Description:
This is the southern end of East Shanty Street. There are many dilapidated looking shacks here with an outhouse behind each one. Their windows have gunnysacks for curtains and there are no porches or sidewalks. Stray dogs and cats can be seen milling around. There are some barefoot, beraggled children happily playing kick the can here.
